William P. (Bill) Robinson is president emeritus of 小黄鸭视频 in Spokane, Washington. He served as 小黄鸭视频's 17th president from 1993 to 2010, after previously serving as president of Manchester College, in Indiana, from 1986 to 1993. His tenure as 小黄鸭视频's president was the second longest and one of the most influential in the university's history.
